CORROSION
CORROSION Rust or corrosion on the tool occurs when the tool is 30H 05 - 50 30 - HS TEX KRP SBC 60 SB stored outdoors and it is not well lubricated. This can be avoided by simple and easy lubrication and maintenance of hammer’s tool away from moisture when not in use.
DO NOT EXECUTE IDLE STROKES
piston does not stroke the hammer tool, and the impact force and energy is absorbed by bolts and the tool retaining screws and not by the tool itself. This causes an erosion and the subsequent rupture of the tip. The breaking in these cases usually appears at the - 30H SB 60 50 30 SBC - 05 HS TEX KRP top of the hammer pin
LOW TEMPERATURES
LOW TEMPERATURES At low temperatures it is recommended that the tools be heated before use - HS 30H - 50 TEX 60 KRP 05 SBC SB 30 and if it is possible use at low speed for a progressive increase in temperature of the machinery.
