DO NOT EXECUTE IDLE STROKES
the impact force and energy is DM 240 RE absorbed by bolts and the tool retaining screws and not by the tool itself. This causes an erosion and the subsequent rupture of the tip. The breaking in these cases usually appears at the top of the hammer pin as a result of the idle
CORROSION
CORROSION Rust or corrosion on the tool occurs when the tool is stored outdoors and it is not well lubricated. This can be avoided by simple and easy lubrication and maintenance of hammer’s tool away from moisture when RE DM 240 not in use.
Recomandations
At low temperatures it is recommended that the tools be heated before use and DM RE 240 if it is possible use at low speed for a progressive increase in temperature of the machinery. CORROSION. Rust or corrosion on the tool occurs when the tool is stored outdoors and it is not well lubricated.
