Recomandations

EXECUTE IDLE STROKES. Most frequently, during the demolition works, the strokes in soft or light materials are called idle strokes. This happens when the piston does not stroke the hammer tool, and the impact force and energy is absorbed by bolts and the tool retaining screws HB 450 and not by the tool itself.

LOW TEMPERATURES

LOW TEMPERATURES At low temperatures it is recommended that the tools be heated before use and if it is possible use at low speed for a HB 450 progressive increase in temperature of the machinery.

DO NOT EXECUTE IDLE STROKES

tool itself. This causes an erosion and the subsequent rupture of the tip. The breaking in these cases usually appears at the top of the hammer pin as a result of the idle HB 450 strokes when the tip of the tool is separated from the rest of the hammer.
