LOW TEMPERATURES At low temperatures it is recommended that the tools be heated before use and if it is possible use 850 HM at low speed for a progressive increase in temperature of the machinery.

850 HM This causes an erosion and the subsequent rupture of the tip. The breaking in these cases usually appears at the top of the hammer pin as a result of the idle strokes when the tip of the tool is separated from the rest of the hammer. 

FOR USE. DO NOT EXECUTE IDLE STROKES. Most frequently, during the HM 850 demolition works, the strokes in soft or light materials are called idle strokes. This happens when the piston does not stroke the hammer tool, and the impact force and energy is absorbed by bolts and the tool retaining screws
