CORROSION
CORROSION Rust or corrosion on the tool occurs when the tool is stored outdoors and it is not well lubricated. This can be avoided by simple K-100 and easy lubrication and maintenance of hammer’s tool away from moisture when not in use.
Recomandations
K-100 causes an erosion and the subsequent rupture of the tip. The breaking in these cases usually appears at the top of the hammer pin as a result of the idle strokes when the tip of the tool is separated from the rest of the hammer. CONSTANT LUBIRICATION.
CONSTANT LUBIRICATION
CONSTANT LUBIRICATION Even if the K-100 hammer is provided with a lubrication system, it is necessary to lubricate the tip of the tool to avoid the friction between metals.
