Recomandations
impact force and energy is absorbed by bolts and the tool retaining screws and not by the tool itself. This causes an erosion and the subsequent rupture of the PM 125 tip. The breaking in these cases usually appears at the top of the hammer pin as a result of the idle strokes
LOW TEMPERATURES
LOW TEMPERATURES At PM 125 low temperatures it is recommended that the tools be heated before use and if it is possible use at low speed for a progressive increase in temperature of the machinery.
CONSTANT LUBIRICATION
CONSTANT LUBIRICATION Even if the hammer is provided with a lubrication system, it is necessary to lubricate the tip of the tool to PM 125 avoid the friction between metals.
