DO NOT EXECUTE IDLE STROKES
the piston does not stroke the hammer tool, and the impact force and energy is absorbed by bolts and the tool retaining screws and not by the tool itself. This causes an erosion and the subsequent rupture of the tip. The breaking in these cases usually appears at the top of the hammer
CORROSION
CORROSION Rust or corrosion on the tool occurs when the tool is stored outdoors and it is not well lubricated. This can be avoided by simple and easy lubrication and maintenance of hammer’s tool away from moisture when not in use.
LOW TEMPERATURES
LOW TEMPERATURES At low temperatures it is recommended that the tools be heated before use and if it is possible use at low speed for a progressive increase in temperature of the machinery.
